Fabricated metal signs shell

Made of stainless steel by default. Use the laser cutting process to produce the front surface of the metal signs shell, then use the fabrication process and laser welding process to weld the stainless steel strips on the front surface of the letter to form a hollow letter shell. The inside of the signs shell is usually painted with white paint, so that the light of the signage is more uniform.

The thickness of the metal signs shell is based on the specific details of the letter, such as the width of the stroke, the height of the letter, whether it needs to be waterproofed, the color of the light, etc., the default thickness of the metal signs shell is 1" (25mm).

LEDs

White, warm white, cold white, red, blue, yellow, green or use the GRB/WRGB LED to get the special color, such as pink, purple, etc., or controllable light color.

Laser cut opal acrylic back-panel

Laser cut opal acrylic be placed in the letter shell, invisible from outside.

Cables

Each individual part will have a two-conductor wire, one for the positive and one negative. The default cable length is about 24"(600mm)

AC transformer

Mounting Accessories

• Stud bolts: be used to fix the signage on the backing wall.
• Spacing: make sure each letter is the same distance from the wall.

Installation

We suggest hiring a professional installer to install the signs, we will provide the wiring diagram and installation notice, so the signs could be installed correctly and quickly. Need to drill holes on the backing wall for stud bolts and cables. If you cannot find a signage installer locally, we can help you to contact our partner in the world.

Maintain

As long as the signs are installed correctly, the maintenance is very simple, need to clean the signage about every one month, just wipe the dust with a soft cloth moistened with clean fresh water, never use organic solvents to clean, especially for signs with plating or paint layers.
